These are old timer Top Hats that are made from die-cast plastic (it's a hard plastic). The tooling for these hats was hand carved and are still produced by the factory that designed them in the 1950's
They are approximate 1/2" long by about 3/16" Tall (less than a 1/4" tall). They have a 1/4" openning, so they are just like real hats, only much smaller!
