These are old timer Top Hats that are made from die-cast plastic (it's a hard plastic). The tooling for these hats was hand carved and are still produced by the factory that designed them in the 1950's
They are approximate 1-1/4" long by about 3/4" Tall. They have a 5/8" openning, so they are just like real hats, only much smaller!
