This is a vintage set of miniature Traffic Police men, produced in Germany in the 1970's. These are HO Scale Model (about 3/4" tall) and were hand painted in Europe. This set was produced by Merten before they were acquired by Preiser. 

Still in the vintage packaging, these are old stock from our archives of miniatures. Very limited supply on these.
